Digital badge for the IAM Certificate and Diploma
Did you know that your IAM Certificate and Diploma qualifications come with a digital badge issued by Acclaim? This digital credential is a modern way to showcase your achievement and share it easily across professional platforms like LinkedIn.
What is a digital badge?
A digital badge is a verified, clickable icon that links directly to your qualification details. It’s a secure and convenient way to demonstrate your asset management expertise online. Once you pass the Institute of Asset Management Principles or Advanced exam, you’ll receive your IAM Certificate digital badge at no extra cost. You’ll still get a physical certificate, but the badge makes it easier to highlight your success in digital spaces.
Who gets a badge?
Only candidates who pass the official IAM exams are eligible for a badge. Attending one of our asset management courses — whether online or in person—does not automatically result in a badge. However, all course participants receive an attendance certificate, which you’re welcome to share on social media.
How do I claim my IAM digital badge?
If you’ve passed your qualification but haven’t received your Acclaim badge, contact the IAM Exams team at exams@theiam.org. They’ll help you activate your badge and ensure it’s linked to your achievement. If you attended one of our courses and need support, feel free to reach out to our team—we’ll make sure your certification is properly recorded.
